Every second month, Matt Kahn hosts a free online call where he shares guidance and wisdom crafted to help us unite out intentions, align our vibrations and aim our desires for a heart-centred society. Julia Christina Counselling

Julia Christina is a Master Therapist and Coach based in Canada who has a huge range of helpful videos on her YouTube channel to help you get through the stuff that's holding you back. Including videos on topics like Mindfulness, healthy boundaries, overcoming anxiety, navigating depression and building confidence, her videos average between 20 and 30 minutes and she regularly shares helpful new content. In her introduction video on YouTube,  Anna Runkle (also known as the Crappy Childhood Fairy) says, "if you had a hard childhood and it's still affecting you now, you've come to the right place" and she's not wrong. Her YouTube channel is home to a huge range of videos on topics like relationships, connection skills, resilience, and how to heal and change your life after trauma. Lee Harris is an energy intuitive and transformation teacher who shares regular channelled energy updates and spiritual guidance. He has a whole host of free resources, including videos, on his website and his YouTube channel.

Guided Meditations, Spiritual Guidance & Online Oracle Cards - Alana Fairchild

Alana Fairchild is an author, spiritual teacher and creatrix of over 20 world-renowned oracle card decks.  She offers some beautiful free resources on her website including guided meditations, spiritual guidance and lightworker resources. She also offers free online oracle decks where you can virtually 'pull a card' for guidance.  

 

How Do I Keep From Being Triggered? - Ekhart Tolle

Spiritual teacher and author of the hugely best selling books "The Power of Now" and "A New Earth: Awakening to Your Life's Purpose", Ekhart Tolle is a wealth of information and inspiration. He has some wonderful free resources on his website and I particularly love this 16 minute video he shared on YouTube about cultivating deeper presence and becoming aware of our ego prior to it arising.

3 Deep Breathing Exercises to Reduce Stress & Anxiety - Meghan Livingstone

Meghan Livingstone is a certified Holistic Nutritionist who's passionate about helping others live healthy, live simple and live well. In this 8 minute video, she shares 3 deep breathing exercises you can explore to help reduce stress and anxiety and bring in more calm, peace and relaxation.

 

How to Breathe - Belisa Vranich

"Breathing - so essential to life, and yet most of us are doing it wrong." So says Psychologist and breathing expert Dr Belisa Vranich. In this fascinating 10 minute video, she shares some helpful (and sometimes surprising) information about breathing and teaches us how to do it right.

 

Guided Visualisation for Deep Relaxation - Meditation & Holistic Counseling Teacher Training

This 13 minute visualisation is a guided, full body relaxation process and it's a helpful prelude to any meditation or movement practice. This exercise not only prepares you to enter a deeper state of meditation but can also help your brain relearn what a relaxed muscle feels like. Through tensing and then releasing tension from the muscles, it can help you to relax muscles which may have been tense for years. Try it and see how your body and mind feel afterwards!

Ho'oponopono Hawaiian Forgiveness Prayer

The Ho'oponopono or 'Hawaiian Prayer for Forgiveness' is an ancient and deeply healing practice. Repeating the prayer of "I'm sorry, please forgive me, thank you, I love you" is a beautiful and often freeing experience for the human, the heart and the soul.
