My colon discomfort disappeared within about three hours of our Skype session; it’s always nice to see a quick response - confirmation that it is helping!

I have been feeling really good and have noticed a lightness within my body. Especially with my chest (heart). I ended up catching up with my friend (the guy I was dating) and it felt peaceful and nice, without feeling emotional or triggering any past emotions from being around him.

I can’t recommend Paula highly enough. Our 7-year-old Labernese, Red Boy, had been limping for over a week. After a vet check and a round of anti-inflammatories, nothing improved — he was still limping, withdrawn, and not himself. I contacted Paula for an energy healing session, and the shift was immediate. He became lighter, more spirited, she picked up on sadness and confusion around the renovations at home — something we hadn’t considered. After the energy clearing, Red Boy was like a different dog — playful, happy, and by the next morning, his limp had completely disappeared. I’m genuinely blown away by Paula’s gift. She is amazing.

I felt really relaxed and grateful after the session. I went for a barefoot walk around our block and just watched the birds for a while. Like you said I couldn’t believe how fast it went. At the end I could really feel the golden light circling my chakras, especially the base chakra, it was incredible. I loved the energy that a group session brings. I haven’t really noticed anything else tangible but know there was release for me as so many of the trapped emotions that came up were SO relevant.

It was so relaxing I almost fell asleep. I resonated with everything and it also cleared up a few knots I had in my throat, neck, kidney and spleen.

Oh my goodness, your group session was very big for me. I honestly can say that every single theme that came up was directly associated with me. I cried the whole time and felt so much shifting in my body, with pain, heat and energy movement. Last night I put some music on and was singing, and an incredible amount of grief came out of me. I cried so deeply it was exhausting. I was tired today and I had some big things to deal with, with my lawyer so my anxiety was high this afternoon but I’ve made progress with speaking my truth. Thank you for being you and for caring so deeply about us with offering your support and healing. I would love to come to your next session.

My son and I have been doing really well together and I've been having so much more patience, compassion, kindness and gratitude for him. Knowing now the patterns of pushing others away and being conscious of that, when my husband took us to friends of his birthday party last weekend (that I hadn't meet before now) I had a really great time, felt comfortable, open/relaxed, had nice conversations even without my husband by my side (It wasn't like that before). So a very big thank you to you. You have the kindest soul, thank you for all that you do.

Truly appreciate all your help and most beautiful work!  I am soo glad the universe connected me to you and so easily huge weight has been lifted from our family lineages. This compassionate work is most precious and a highest blessing. Thank you again.

Wow!! He is like a different kid!! Thank you… He rode down to his mate's house yesterday and went out with the boys for a few hours and has been gaming with them. He is really inspired by an American master chef who has a Youtube account, he cooked for the family last night. Just seemed way more grounded and happy. Thank you so much!!! I have definitely noticed a shift with my son since the session. I feel closer to him and feel like I understand him more.

Thank you! It’s been amazing since our session! On my birthday my son and I went to dinner and two women paid for our dinner!! Was incredibly generous and I was completely blown away.

We are both slowly feeling better each day and so grateful for the support of your sessions to get thru such a tricky time. 

I trust you Paula. You have helped me in the past, especially with the High Blood Pressure and anxiety I was suffering. My blood pressure has been excellent since your treatment correcting it back in Sept 2024!.  Whenever I go to the GP it is always up, but I take with me all the collected readings on my own BP machine at home, and he is happy with them. He says I must have 'white coat syndrome'.  So again, thank you for helping.
