1. Services

Infinite Health & Harmony offers energy healing services, including but not limited to:

• In-person sessions

• Online sessions via Zoom or Skype

• Phone sessions

• Email sessions

2. Appointments and Cancellations

Appointments can be scheduled online, or by contacting Paula directly. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged 50% of the session fee.  In the case of a 'no show' 100% of the session fee will be payable.

3. Payment Terms

Payment is required at the time of service. Payment can be made when booking via the online booking system, or in person. I accept cash, bank transfers, and credit card payments. 

 

For remote online healing sessions, payment must be received prior to the appointment.
 

4. Disclaimer

The energy healing sessions I provide are complementary therapies and are not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment or veterinary care. I do not provide diagnoses, prescribe medication, or interfere with treatments prescribed by qualified healthcare professionals.

 

Using muscle testing, I may identify energetic imbalances that may be affecting your overall sense of wellbeing, but this is not intended to replace professional medical advice or treatment. Please consult your doctor or healthcare provider for any medical concerns.
 

5. Limitation of Liability

While I strive to provide the best possible service, Infinite Health & Harmony is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may result from the use of my services.
 

6. Confidentiality

All information shared during sessions is confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent, except as required by law, as outlined in these Terms and Conditions, or within the Privacy Policy.

 

7. Changes to Terms and Conditions

I reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions as needed. Any changes will be posted on my website, and your continued use of my services constitutes acceptance of those changes.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions meet the Australian regulatory requirement and comply with the Australian Consumer Law.
