Supporting Yourself After a Healing Session
Thank you for allowing me to support you on your healing journey. Your body and energy field are now processing shifts, releasing what no longer serves you, and integrating new frequencies of balance and harmony. Here are some ways to support yourself during this time (and a printable PDF version is available here).
1. Hydration is Key

Drink plenty of pure, filtered water to help flush out released energies, toxins, and emotional residue.

Adding a pinch of high-quality sea salt or lemon can further support cellular hydration.

2. Rest & Listen to Your Body

You may feel lighter, clearer, and more energized, or you might feel a bit tired or emotional as your body integrates the changes. Both are normal!

Honor your needs—rest when needed, take naps, or get extra sleep. ​
3. Emotional & Physical Shifts
-
Some clients feel an immediate sense of relief, while others may notice emotions surfacing. This is your body’s way of releasing deeply stored energy.

If you feel any waves of emotion, simply acknowledge them, breathe through them, and let them pass.

Physical sensations (such as tingling, warmth, or even temporary mild discomfort) may occur as your body rebalances.
4. Grounding & Gentle Movement

Connecting with nature is a beautiful way to ground. Walk barefoot on grass, sit by a tree, or spend time outside.

Gentle stretching, yoga, or light movement can assist in energy flow.
5. Epsom Salt Baths or Showers
-
Taking a bath with Epsom salts, magnesium flakes, or essential oils can help clear released energy and soothe your nervous system.

If you don’t have a bath, a warm shower with the intention of washing away what no longer serves you works beautifully too.
6. Journaling & Reflection

Writing down any insights, emotions, or dreams that arise after your session can bring greater clarity and awareness.

You may receive intuitive messages or memories—trust what comes through.
7. Nourish Yourself Well

Eating whole, nutrient-rich foods supports your body’s healing process.

Listen to cravings—sometimes your body will want lighter foods, other times it may need more grounding nourishment.

8. Be Kind to Yourself

Healing is a process, and shifts can continue unfolding over the next few days to weeks.

Treat yourself with gentleness, patience, and self-love.
9. Energy Protection & Maintenance

You may wish to visualize yourself surrounded by golden-white light to keep your energy field clear and protected.

If needed, a simple affirmation can help:
“I release what no longer serves me and integrate these shifts with ease and grace.”

10. Follow-Up & Continued Support

Each session builds upon the last. If you feel called, we can explore further sessions to continue clearing, balancing, and deepening your transformation.

11. Need Additional Support?

It’s completely normal to experience shifts after a session, and most clients process them with ease.

However, if you find yourself feeling overwhelmed, unusually unsettled, or something doesn’t feel quite right, please reach out, and I’ll be happy to support you in integrating the session.

Otherwise, I encourage you to give yourself time to process naturally, as your body knows exactly what to do.
