Appointments are available Monday to Friday between 9:30am and 2:30pm (Qld, AEST). Evening or weekend sessions are available upon request. Online bookings open 14 days in advance of each appointment date. If the times on my online booking calendar don’t align with your schedule, please don’t hesitate to reach out — I’m happy to arrange a time that works for you.

I understand that sometimes things come up. If you need to change your appointment, please provide me at least 24 hours’ notice so I can support another client during that time. If less than 24 hours’ notice is received, 50% of the session fee is payable. In the case of a no-show, 100% of the session fee will be payable. Refer to the Terms & Conditions for more information.

I primarily work with The Emotion Code®, The Body Code®, and The Belief Code®, as I’ve seen powerful and lasting results using these methods. I may also weave in other supportive modalities when required, including Theta Healing and Dowsing (pendulum healing). Each session is guided by the wisdom of your subconscious mind, accessed through gentle muscle testing, to identify what’s ready to be released, rebalanced, or realigned. In each session, I use muscle testing — a gentle technique that allows us to communicate directly with your subconscious mind. This is the part of your mind that stores everything you’ve ever experienced - your memories, your deepest patterns, memories, emotions and beliefs, emotions, and beliefs, even those you may not consciously remember, or think you have worked through and let go of. It’s where habits, emotional responses and energetic imprints are stored, and even ancestral traumas. Some people call it the “autopilot” behind your life because it’s quietly running the show about 95% of the time. Through muscle testing, I ask specific yes/no questions to connect with your subconscious mind and identify trapped emotions and other energetic imbalances including limiting beliefs that may be contributing to emotional stress, physical discomfort or a sense of feeling blocked or disconnected. Each session is guided by the deep intelligence of your subconscious mind, which knows exactly what you’re ready to release, and in what order, so the process always unfolds in a way that feels safe, supportive, and aligned with your highest good. It’s a gentle process — there’s no need to force anything. Once an imbalance is identified, I use a gentle non-invasive energetic technique to release it — working with intention and your body’s innate wisdom. In person, this involves lightly running a magnet down your back (to access your governing meridian, a major energy channel in the body). In distance sessions, I act as a proxy and apply the same technique on myself on your behalf Because we’re working at the subconscious level, we’re not just addressing surface symptoms — we’re supporting change at the root level. That’s what allows for real transformation and a return to greater clarity, peace, and connection with your true self.

I usually recommend starting with at least three sessions (spaced weekly or fortnightly) for new clients. This gives us a solid foundation to peel back the layers and begin clearing the Heart-Wall. Some clients like to begin with weekly sessions for consistent support, then move to fortnightly or monthly check-ins as things begin to shift and settle. Others prefer to book a few sessions, take time to integrate, and return when something arises — or simply when they feel called.There’s no pressure or fixed timeline. Energy healing is safe, gentle, and supportive for people of all ages — including the elderly, children, and even animals. I also offer energy clearings for homes, land, workplaces, and even situations where the energy feels heavy, stuck, or unsettled. This work is incredibly versatile. Whether we’re addressing emotional wellbeing, energetic rebalance, or creating harmony in the spaces around you, each session is tailored to meet you (or your loved ones) exactly where you are.

It’s helpful to be well hydrated before your session, as this supports the muscle testing process. Some clients like to come with a clear intention or a short list of areas they'd like to explore. If that feels helpful for you, you're welcome to bring notes with you. If it’s more your style to arrive open and go with the flow, that’s perfect too. We’ll always begin with a gentle conversation to check in, explore what’s present and set a direction for the session. For online sessions, please find a quiet space where you won’t be interrupted, and ensure your camera and microphone are working if we’re connecting via Zoom. This is your time to sit back and release and receive.

Every client processes healing a little differently. Some people feel lighter, clearer or deeply relaxed straight away.. Others may feel emotional, tired or reflective as their body integrates the shifts that occurred during the session. All of these responses are normal.It’s also common to notice subtle changes over the following few days — a softening of emotional triggers, greater clarity, a sense of peace around situations that previously felt heavy. When we release heavy, stuck emotional energy and rebalance the energy field, things that once caused distress may feel more neutral, allowing space for insight and ease.Whether you feel an immediate shift or a gentle unfolding over time, your subconscious knows what it’s ready to release — and it will be processed and integrated in the way that’s most supportive for you.If you're working with physical discomfort, you may notice relief during or shortly after the session. When working with emotional patterns, changes may emerge as a deeper sense of calm or neutrality.After your session, it’s helpful to stay hydrated, rest if needed, and allow space to reflect on any insights that came through.
