I live in Cooran on the Sunshine Coast in Queensland with my two beautiful daughters.

Originally from the South Island of New Zealand, Aotearoa, I left there when I was 21 to live and travel overseas where I had lots of wonderful adventures before putting down roots in Australia - first in Melbourne, and then on the gorgeous Sunshine Coast in Queensland.

I've always been interested in health and wellbeing and over the last 20 years I've studied healing modalities including Reiki, Pranic Healing and Theta Healing. In 2015 and 2016 I became a certified Emotion Code and Body Code Practitioner, and in January 2024 I became a Certified Belief Code Practitioner. I'm always exploring and upskilling in the amazing field of energy medicine.
Using a blend of these beautiful healing modalities, I've experienced fantastic results personally and with my clients. It's always such an honour and a blessing to hold space for my​ clients and witness their transformations; it brings me such joy and I'm often still amazed at just how much positive change we can create in a session together!
