I understand that sometimes you may need to make changes to your appointment. If that's the case, please provide me with at least 24 hours notice so I can support another client during that time. If less than 24 hours' notice is provided, 50% of the session fee will be payable and, in the case of a 'no show' 100% of the session fee will be payable.
